Shipping and Returns

Packaging
All of our products are carefully packaged and cushioned with packing peanuts to avoid damage. We cannot; however, guarantee that the item will not receive damage during shipment. If your item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us to discuss a replacement. We will usually cover the cost of replacing the basket it it has been damaged. Otherwise, please read our return policy below.

Delivery Date, Time, and Price
When you purchase a gift basket, you are given the option to select a delivery date. This allows you to have a gift basket delivered to a friend or company on a particular date (the day of their birthday, for example). However, delivery date is contingent upon several things:

  1. Although we can often fill a basket order within one day of purchase, we ask that you allow 2 business days for your order to be filled - especially during peak holiday seasons.
  2. Unless you live in a zip code zone that allows local delivery (see below), we cannot guarantee the exact arrival date of your package. Once again, during holiday seasons, UPS can be backlogged and slow down as well.
  3. We do not do local deliverys on Sundays or holidays

If you want your basket delivered as soon as possible or at our convenience, simply leave the delivery date as is or enter the date of purchase (which is the default entry).

The delivery rate will depend on your location and the size and weight of your purchase. A small charge is added to each shipment for packaging and handling. Once you have added items to your "shopping cart," you can get a shipping estimate by using the link in your cart. We also allow store pickups free of charge.

Standard Shipping
Our standard shipping is VIA UPS 1st day, 2nd day, standard, or ground.

Returns
We stand behind our products 100% and guarantee your satisfaction. We make every effort to accurately describe our products through pictures and text. Please bear in mind; however, that exact items in your basket may vary slightly due to availability. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your product, you may return it to us for a full refund with the following conditions:

  1. The item must be unopened and in like-new condition
  2. Due to perishable content in some baskets, baskets must be returned within 10 days of delivery
  3. Buyer will pay return shipping and packaging
